It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the aqua green Gulf and sugar white sands PLUS it has views of Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River...you get the best of both worlds!! Your family will enjoy watching the boats sail in and out of Perdido Pass and dolphin swimming in the water every day of your trip!

This is a GULF FRONT UNIT, with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. One side of this complex does not have views of The Pass, but our side of the building does!! So, your balcony views are so much better!

The living room and master bedroom both have access to the huge waterfront balcony. The sliding glass doors open onto a large private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views, plus it gets shady in the afternoon!! Enjoy your coffee each morning while watching the dolphins play in the water, so sweet!!

This condo has FREE Wi-Fi and there are TVs and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and there is a wet bar for your drinks!  We offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a large private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower, as well as a double vanity...and fabulous views!!! The second bedroom has a king bed as well and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
