The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach, featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The private Gulf-front balcony is sure to become your favorite spot. Sip your morning coffee while watching dolphins play offshore, enjoy an afternoon breeze, or relax in the evening as the sun sets over the water.

The fully equipped kitchen makes vacation dining easy, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and everything needed to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for gathering together after a day in the sun.

The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, direct balcony access, and stunning Gulf views so you can wake up to the sound of the waves each morning. The private ensuite bathroom includes a convenient tub and shower combination.

The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom, making this layout ideal for families, couples traveling together, or friends. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

For added convenience, the condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and everything needed to make your stay comfortable from arrival through departure.

* Each unit has FOBs provided to you which allow you access to the beach, beach storage, exercise room, game room, pool and hot tub as available

* Maximum occupancy is 6

* We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age

**Our HOA does not allow RVs or trailers on the property and our maximum occupancy is 6.
