Phoenix 5 Unit #807....This beautifully decorated 1BR/1BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and is perfect for a romantic get-away or for a small family vacation. And you'll love the balcony that is equipped with a patio table, 4 chairs, and a chaise lounge chair. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!
There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. And there is a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.
If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. And, the stainless appliances are new! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!
A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided) and a new walk-in shower in the bathroom! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.
